As the co-founder of Barry’s Bootcamp with Barry Jay, Rachel Mumford is constantly on the move. In a city full of multi-hyphenates, Rachel is the ultimate multi-tasker as a busy mom of three children and a business owner. Whether she is designing a new Bootcamp location, producing photo shoots for the brand, meeting with trainers, and finding time to fit in her own workouts (yes, even an owner of a fitness chain struggles to find time) – she needs to be ready for anything. Let’s take a peek in her hardworking gym bag to see how she stays combat-ready.

The Bag – I use my Louis Vuitton Never Full bag for everything. I know it’s not a gym bag, but I can throw everything in there, gym necessities, my purse. It just keeps expanding. It’s an investment — it lasts forever. LV will fix it for life.

The Towel – Horses sweat, men perspire, women glisten. At least that’s what they say. If that’s true, we’re all glistening buckets in class. We made these Barry’s Bootcamp towels in the perfect size – bigger than a hand towel (because you’re going to need something bigger than a hand towel) but smaller than a bath towel. I have more of these than I can count.

The Tracker – Last year, Livestrong.com estimated that an average person would burn 1000 calories during an hour-long Barry’s Bootcamp session. I like to make to sure we’re keeping our standards up, so I wear the Nike+ FuelBand ($149 at Nike.com) to track my calorie burn while I work out.[/one_half]

The Sweat Soaker – During a particularly tough workout (ALL OF THEM!) I wear it as a headband, so it keeps sweat out of my eyes. As for my hair, read on…

The CleanerTriad Pads by Arcona ($30 at Arcona)  To avoid post-workout breakouts, I wipe my face as soon as I’m done. These pads are pre-soaked with cranberry-scented toner and packed full of vitamins, phyto-nutrients, and omegas 3, 6, and 9. And they smell heavenly. Or at least cranberr-enly.

The Undergarment – Gotta have a fresh pair of underwear, and for me it’s Cosabella. Beautiful, comfortable and one size fits all.

The Outfit – I keep it simple and quick, but classy. This pair of sand-colored espadrilles from Calypso  ($250) goes with pretty much anything and I can just slip them on and run. And this mini from Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent ($186 at RevolveClothing) is a great chic dress for just about any summer occasion. And coral is hot hot hot.

The Makeup – Everyone has a Jane Fonda glow after a good workout, so all you need is a little color. I glide on some Bronze Berry Lip Gloss ($1.99)  just to add some pink. Plus it tastes yummy. And after sweating through 30 minutes of running and 30 minutes of strength training, my legs need a little TLC, too. The Bath & Body Works Body Butter comes in just about every scent you could want ($15)

The Hair Controller – Ponytail dents are the worst. The Maddyloo hair ties not only look cute on my wrist, they tie my hair back without leaving a crease (totally important when you’re trying to get an extra day out of your blowout. Plus you can pull it off your head without scalping yourself.

The Breath Freshener – And somewhere at the bottom of my bag are these mints, because exercise breath (which is worse than dog breath) is not the best way to greet an old friend or start a meeting.

[two_thirds]Now I’m ready to dash off to another meeting, or if I’m lucky, lunch with a friend at Pain Quotidien [/two_thirds]
