Created by Sam Sharon, General Manager of Barry’s Bootcamp Chelsea, it’s designed for people who want to build additional mass or simply want a tasty new meal replacement. As our birthday present to you, we’re revealing the recipe for the first time. Have a slice, er, sip!

Recipe

Chocolate Lactaid: 6 oz

Banana: 1/4 cup

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie: 1

Chocolate Isopure: 1 Scoop

Cocoa Powder: 1/2 Tablespoon

Ice: 1 Cup

Putting it Together

1. Measure 6oz of chocolate Lactaid milk.
2. Add a tablespoon of cocoa powder.
3. Add a serving of protein (one scoop).
4. Add a quarter of a large banana.
5. Add one chocolate chocolate chip protein cookie.
6. Add a half to full cup of ice.
7. Mix for 30 seconds.
8. Enjoy.
