The Hottest Male Trainer in New York!

Years of on-camera experience. Since 13, I’ve worked in film, TV and theater professionally. Studied acting and screenwriting at USC’s School of Cinema. Also became certified in massage therapy which help gained understanding of the human anatomy and the uniqueness of each body. Also practiced Real Estate Sales which gave me a distinct advantage in learning sales and knowing what people need. Jack of all trades by the time I hit 25.

I was a chubby kid growing up. In fact, I was the least fit of all my siblings which caused quite a controversy amongst my peers – wondering at times if I was adopted. When I landed my first film, I lost 17 lbs in less than a month by doing Jane Fonda and eating lettuce with vinegar. Thus began a long tug of war relationship throughout my adolescence of yo-yo dieting, extreme exercise and repeated weight gain. It wasn’t until my early 20s that I developed a healthy relationship with food and health which led to my desire to help others.

I’m an all or nothing kind of guy. If clients come to me expecting certain results and are serious about achieving them, I relentlessly push and remind them of those goals. I am a perfectionist at nature and only expect the most from my clients. My biggest problem is staying realistic about expectations and knowing when to yield. My pet peeve is when people insist on working out the same way they have been, resisting lifting heavier weights or running at faster speeds. People become too comfortable with their routines. But the truth is, if you don’t change it up, you won’t change anything.

And I’m afraid of sharks. That’s about it.

8 years ago I joined the Barry’s Bootcamp Team. I fell in love with the Barry’s Bootcamp program, and I decided to devote all of my time, energy and capabilities to expanding Barry’s Bootcamp throughout the world. After partnering up with the founders, Barry Jay and the Mumfords, we opened locations in San Deigo, Chelsea, the Hamptons and Tribeca within a few years. During this time, I played an integral role in developing our Franchising Division. I developed and implemented training programs for our Franchise company as well as vetting prospective franchisee applications. Barry’s Bootcamp (BBC Franchising LLC) continues to search for potential franchisees who are passionate about the program and want to devote their lives to bringing the best workout in the world to their communities.
