New Protein Shake Recipe – Barry’s Big Banana!


This week on the Intel we reveal the secret recipe for one of our newest Fuel Bar smoothies, created especially for the new Miami Beach location. Refuel with this perfect post-workout delight, Barry’s Big Banana.

4oz of unsweetened almond milk

  • 4oz of cranberry juice
  • Half of a banana
  • 1/3 scoop of strawberries
  • 1/3 scoop of raspberries
  • 1 serving of vanilla protein
  • 1 cup of ice



Ready? It’s tricky…

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Turn on blender.
